The Applesoup project starts in Venice on January 1998 home-made Jazz, Funk, Pop-Rock, Blues and Electronic. They recorded “What About a Soup” and “ The Day I Stole the Sun. In 2007 they re-form the band under the name The AppleSuper. After 10 long years of different music experiences, they find themselves once more with a new project that soon turns to be The AppleSoup once again.
